PC CoachSearch update Tuesday 4/1

It’s amazing (or maybe not), that everyone is either out of the loop or tightlipped about the efforts to find the next men’s basketball coach of the Friars.

I guess that’s what happens when it’s basically a committee of one making the choice.

I’ve heard that Father Shanley (PC president) has traveled to the Washington D.C. area to interview Jim Larranaga. I could not confirm this, but it comes from a pretty good source.

Fox Sports is reporting that Larranaga has been offered the PC job and is negotiating with teh school. According to the Fox report, he will make a decision tonight.
